  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When exectuing a package the abend ABEND04E RC00E30072 in
  DSNLQRY+0B02 or the abend ABEND04E RC00E70005 in
  DSNXECW:M700 can occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• The wrong duration lock can be acquired for a package.  When
  this happens the lock can be released while the package is in
  use and the abend in DSNTLQRY or other unpredictable results can
  occur.
  
  The abend in DSNXECW occurred when the wrong duration lock was
  acquired and DB2 tried to change the lock state.
  
  DB2 code has been corrected to get the correct duration lock
  when loading a package.
