  When using the CSQMAIN dump formatter from within IPCS, the
  "Format and display the dump" option (8) will display the
  following error when attempting to format a dump and requesting
  the summary dump data be formatted:
  
  CSQW007E - OPERAND IS NOT VALID: SUMDUMP=YES
  

Problem conclusion

• The IPCS panel has been amended to ensure that the correct
  parameters are passed to the formatter and the error does not
  appear.
