PM90881: AUTO DISCOVERY UTILITY, CREATE FUNCTION, NOT REFRESHING AN EXISTING INVENTORY DURING THE BUILD OF A NEW INVENTORY

Error description

• The discovery utility HKTDDSC0 function CREATE is supposed to
  not only build a new inventory but also refresh an existing
  existing inventory. Looks like this is not the case
  The inventory has to be DELETEd and then CREATEd to take into
  account a partition that has been added to a HALDB, so we are
  able to see it from the Admin Console.

  HKTDDSC0 was changed to perform a DELETE of all the existing
  DISC records in the HKT_INPUT repository before executing the
  CREATE function.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed.
  This apar also fix an abend0C4 or any other 0Cx abend in
  HKTDDSC0 when there are inconsistency between the DBDLIB
  and RECON about a database organization.
