Error description

  • Customer is using the new Prompt API with a tree control.  They
    need to use setValues() to add specific values to a control and
    it does not work properly. setValues() rather picks all selected
    values instead of specific ones.??getValues(true) does not work
    with Tree Control.  Documentation refers to the parameter of
    getValues() method being applicable only to value prompts.
    Customer is wondering how they can retrieve all control values
    of a Tree prompt.  Is it possible with getValues()?  If not, is
    there any other way to get all the prompt values ignoring user
    selection.
