PM90542: CLIST ADBRPGM HAS HARDCODED TSO ALLOC FOR ADBDIAG DD WHICH DOES NOT HAVE A TYPE SPECIFIED I.E. TRACKS

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' ADBRPGM clist has a
  undocumented hard coded TSO ALLOC for the ADBDIAG DD. The ALLOC
  statement does not include a specification for how the space
  should be allocated e.g. TRACKS which causes the allocation to
  default to allocation in kilobytes. This may cause issues with
  over utilization of the DASD pool.
  

Local fix

• Amend the clist's ALLOC to include a TRACKS statement.
