Error description

• When delivering to SQL Server 2008 or 2012, Bulk copy delivery
  fails with:??DM-SSL-0060 Delivery 'Audit': BCP process failed
  (status -1,073,741,819)?DM-BLD-0005 The delivery 'Audit' failed.
  

Local fix

• There do seem to be a few ways to workaround the issue with SQL
  Server 2008:
  
  -Use Bulk Copy via API, and the build works.
  -The build delivers 3 fewer columns than exist in the target tab
  le -  so adding a delivery element for the 3 missing columns to
  the build allows it to complete.
  -Deliver to a new table.
