PM90404: POSSIBLE CKZ23539E EXCESSIVE LOOPING: PROCESSING TERMINATED FROM DB2FIX COMMAND

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• It is possible to get the error message "CKZ23539E EXCESSIVE
  LOOPING; PROCESSING TERMINATED" from the DB2FIX DATABASES(
  APPLICATION) command when there are many objects in LPL or GRECP
  status.
  In one case there were about 3895 objects in LPL and GRECP
  status and after starting about 2269 of them the DB2FIX command
  ended with the CKZ23539E error message. A subsequent run of the
  DB2FIX command started the remaining objects.
  

Local fix

• Run the DB2FIX DATABASES(APPLICATION) command again.
