APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABENDU3659 is issued when all the following conditions are met:
  - APAR PM87663 / PTF UK94664 has been applied to HP Load.
  - Reloading HALDB OSAM by HP Load or IPR Reload utility.
  - The length of partition name is shorter than 7 characters.
  - NOREORGV has been set in RECON.
  

Local fix

• Change the RECON definition from NOREORGV to REORGV as a
  workaround.

  ABENDU3659 is issued when all the following conditions are met:
  - APAR PM87663 / PTF UK94664 has been applied to HP Load.
  - Reloading HALDB OSAM by HP Load or IPR Reload utility.
  - The length of partition name is shorter than 7 characters.
  - NOREORGV has been set in RECON.
  Because HP Load generates incorrect DDNAME to check the block
  size of HALDB OSAM.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been modified to generate correct DDNAME to check
  the block size of HALDB OSAM.
