ws-transaction is not rolling back transactions when a fault
occurs

When an application that has been
invoked via a SIB-WS request that
contains no WS-AT coordination
context then makes a subsequent Web
service request itself, a WS-AT
coordination context is never added to
the outbound request by the WS-AT component's Handlers.  This
was due to an erroneous interaction with the
WSATSystemContextHandler which is used when processing SIB-WS
requests.

Problem conclusion

The programming error has been fixed so that WS-AT
coordination context is propagated correctly on the outbound
request.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.31, 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the
