PM90210: POSSIBLE ALAA447E ALAA440E WHEN USING SHRLVL=CHANGE IMAGE COPY

Error description

• Error msgs ALAA447E or ALAA440E are possible when using
  SHRLEVEL=CHANGE image copies if all of the DML activity has a
  logpoint that is greater than the START_RBA value of the image
  copy, but some of the DML is included in the image copy. This
  will not occur if any of the DML has a logpoint earlier than
  the START_RBA of the image copy. In the failing case, the
  next earlier image copy is needed, but is not read by the
  product, causing the error.
