Error description

• OC doesn't detect the change when comparing external procedures
  with different WLMENV settings, and reports no change.  OC
  reports table partitioning limit key(s) have changed when there
  is no change.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: For indexes with decimal keys, the DB2  *
  *                      Object Comparison Tool handled leading  *
  *                      zeroes inconsistently, causing false    *
  *                      compare results. For WLM Environment    *
  *                      Nested settings, the DB2 Object         *
  *                      Comparison Tool was unable to detect    *
  *                      the difference between WLM ENVIRONMENT  *
  *                      (name) and WLM ENVIRONMENT (name,*).    *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The DB2 Object Comparison Tool reported erroneous differences
  in limit keys with decimal values, and missed changes to the
  WLM ENVIRONMENT for DB2 procedures.
