PM89757: DQM CROSSTABS WITH CONDITIONAL STYLES IN COGNOS WORKSPACE LOSES FORMATTING AFTER A DRILL-THROUGH OPERATION

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• A DQM crosstab report, created in Report Studio, retains it's
  conditional style when first opened in Cognos Workspace.
  However, after performing the drill through operation on the
  crosstab its cells no longer has the conditional style that was
  originally applied. The formatting does not reappear when
  drilling back up the report either. The issue is also occurs in
  Cognos Workspace Advance.
  

Local fix

• In Report Studio when creating the cross tab, the conditional st
  yle will have to be applied to the "Crosstab Fact Cells" rather
  than the "Crosstab Intersection" in the Properties window. This
  will ensure that the conditional style is carried through after
  a drill through operation in Cognos Workspace and Cognos Workspa
  ce Advance.  Steps: 1) In Report Studio create a crosstab and en
  able drill through behavior 2) Select the measure cells in the c
  rosstab 3) At the top of "Properties" panel (left side), click t
  he arrow to bring up a small menu. Note, by default "Crosstab In
  tersection" properties is being viewed. 4) Select "Crosstab Fact
   Cells" 5) Click the elipse for "Conditional Styles" in the prop
  erties pane and add the conditional style. 6) Save the report an
  d open it in Cognos Workspace.  Now when drilling on the crossta
  b report, the conditional style is still applied in Cognos Works
  pace and Cognos Workspace Advance.
