Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' AL / ALTER line command
  builds syntax which is not appropriate for a DB2 10 subsystem
  which is in CM9 mode resulting in a message:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -4700, ERROR:  ATTEMPT TO USE NEW FUNCTION
  BEFORE NEW
            FUNCTION MODE
   DSNT418I SQLSTATE   = 56038 SQLSTATE RETURN CODE
  as the ALTER syntax has a 'NOT SECURED' string.

    RECOMMENDATION:
  
  The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS builds an ALTER FUNCTION
  statement with an incorrect parameter NOT SECURED when altering
  a user-defined external function on DB2 10 CM9 subsystem which
  will result in SQLCODE=-4700 / SQLCODEN4700.
