PM89502: ABEND04E RC00E2000F RC00E20002 DSNXOQSJ OFFSET+5E1A STORAGE OVERLAY OCCURS WHEN DSNXOQSJ USED A BLOCK LARGER THAN OBTAINED

Error description

• ABEND04E RC00E2000F is the result of overusing storage in
  DSNXOQSJ.  It used a query block that is larger than obtained
  and incurred
  storage overlay. It was found that DSNXOQSJ adds an entry for
  COLUSE array without checking current usage. In this PMR,
  DSNXOQSJ at offset +5E1A obtained COLUSEs for 255 entries, then
  used 407 entries and caused overlay.
