Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' ALT functions apply job
  discards rows during the DB2 LOAD utility when changing a
  decimal column from DEFAULT NULL to NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT.
  
  The DB2 LOAD will show:
  DSNU310I  >ssid< DSNURCON - RECORD (n) WILL BE  DISCARDED
  DUE TO >column< CONVERSION ERROR FOR >schema<.>table<
  ERROR CODE '04 - INPUT PACKED DECIMAL IS IN ERROR
