PM89227: FILE NAME IS BLANK WHEN REPORT NAMED IN JAPANESE IS SAVED AS EXCEL ON FIREFOX

Error description

• Customer created Report Studio reports  named in Japanese.?When
  they run repot on Cognos Viewer and select  [View in Excel
  Option] > [View in Excel 2002 Format] on FireFox, file name in
  save dialog become blank.?It does not happen on Internet
  Explorer.?It happens with Excel 2002, 2000, 2007, CSV format.?If
  report name is English, report name is displayed correctly.
