Error description

  • IMS PA processes the wait times from the X'08' record
(LINTMUINT, LINTMPOL and LINTMSCH) as 32-bit values, but does
not test for values greater than 2,147,483,647 resulting in the
ABENDS0C9.                                                  S0C9

Additional symptom fixed by this APAR:
LOOP IPI4PROC hitting multiple instructions between approximate
range of x'6FE' to x'956'.                        loops looping
