    ****************************************************************
When the short/long retries for a shared channel are exhausted,
the channel goes to a STOPPED state, but still appears to be
    in RETRY state.
This can be seen on the Control panels to see the channel
status, and when issuing a DISPLAY CHSTATUS SHORT command.
This is due to CSQXRIFN (function riiCheckChannels) not updating
the shared channel status when the retries are exhausted.

Problem conclusion

  • CSQXRIFN has been altered in riiCheckChannels to update the
shared status table when retry attempts have been exhausted.
