• Multiple Improvements to the ETIWIN Table Editor member
  This APAR will update the ETIWIN member, in the ETI z/OS SMP/E
  Environment lib:  SETICLNT
  .
  The following issues will be resolved in this APAR:
  * win. Table Editor does not open TIMESTAMP table with specified
  precision less 6 through DRDA connection
  .
  * win. "Lock Table" does not work
  
  * java: Java application does not allow to edit tables under
  Windows
  7-64 with JDBC Universal driver
  * win: Table Editor falls after setting CURRENT SQLID
  * win: Table Editor falls after closing "Format" window
  * Table Editor falls while launching application
  * error message not included in the user guide
  * java.app Table Editor Java Application does not update primary
    key in UTF table
