    corner, click Launch, IBM Cognos Administration.? 3.On the
    Configuration tab, click Dispatchers and Services.? 4.Click the
    dispatcher to see a list of services.? 5.Next to QueryService,
    click the set properties button .? 6.Click the Settings tab.?
    7.In the Value column, type or select the value for the settings
    that?you want to change.? 8.Click OK."
