•   USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Object Comparison Tool for
                    z/OS who create a table without a
                    partitioning index in a table space which
                    does not use table-controlled partitioning,
                    then try to update the table which leads to
                    a DROP/CREATE.
  
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Unloading a table from a table space
                         in an incomplete state caused by a
                         missing partitioning index leads to
                         error message ADB5184E / msgadb5184e:

    RECOMMENDATION:
  
  Object Compare should not UNLOAD a table from a table space in
