Error description

• Abstract: Attempts to Export and Import back of ARXML files
  from/to AUTOSAR models creates new model element in IBM Rational
  Rhapsody
  
  Error Description:
  
  1. Create an AUTOSAR model
  2. Export it from Rational Rhapsody
  3. Import the ARXML file to another AUTOSAR tool
  4. Inside of the other tool change the name of the element (e.g.
  an application sw type)
  5. Import the modified ARXML file to Rational Rhapsody
  
  Note: In the ARXML file the UUIDs were set and the AUTOSAR
  property was set in that way that the master is the ARXML file.
  
  6. However notice that importing the file to Rational Rhapsody
  creates a new model element in addition to the old one
  
  Support Observation: It seems that the import doesn't reflect
  the UUIDs but only works on the naming.
  
  This is really a big problem because the traceability to Doors
  and the test cases points still to the 'old' element.
  
  Workaround:
   None
