  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS    *
  *                      ALT function can not convert an index   *
  *                      to partitioned because the field        *
  *                      'Partitioned' on panel ADB21XAR 'Index' *
  *                      is protected when its table space has   *
  *                      been changed from segmented to          *
  *                      partitioned or partition-by range       *
  *                      (PBR) in a previous process.            *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS ALT function can not
  convert an index to partitioned because the field 'Partitioned'
  on panel ADB21XAR 'Index' is protected when its table space
  has been changed from segmented to partitioned or partition-
  by-range (PBR) in a previous process.
