    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
During admin structure recovery a queue manager issues CSQE036I
to indicate that it is rebuilding the admin structure data for
an inactive peer queue manager. When the rebuild completes,
CSQE037I is normally issued to report this. However, if the peer
restarts, the queue manager is unable to finish rebuilding the
peer's data in the admin structure and CSQE037I is not issued
and there is no indication that the peer admin rebuild is not
    still in progress.

Problem conclusion

  • When peer admin recovery is unable to continue due to the peer
starting, messages CSQE043I will be issued by the queue manager
that was attempting the peer recovery. The restarted peer will
rebuild its own admin structure data.

The infocenter is updated to document new message CSQE043I:

    (topic zm12570_)

    "
CSQE043I: Admin structure data building terminated, qmgr-name
    is active
    Explanation

The queue manager is no longer able to build the indicated queue
manager's data for the administration structure, because the
    indicated queue manager has started

    System action

    Processing continues.

    System programmer response

The indicated queue manager will rebuild its own administration
structure data. Check the indicated queue manager's log for the
messages CSQE018I and CSQE019I, which will indicate the start
and completion of the administration structure rebuild.
