Error description

• Calculations may result in a very small number, but not zero.
  If this value is used as the denominator with the 'save divide'
  operator "\", the division will be done resulting in a very
  large number, instead of treating the very small calculated
  number as zero.??This is the issue expressed as the 'second' bug
  in COGCQ00793747.  This item is being created to separate the
  issue into its own request, since it will most likely get
  escalated.  See the data attached (second set) to that bug.
