    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The queue manager is unable to *
    * participate in a global unit of work *
    * that is coordinated by TMF on HP *
    *                      Integrity NonStop Server.               *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    Support is added to enable an application running on HP
    Integrity NonStop Server to use TMF to coordinate a global unit
    of work with a z/OS queue manager by using the MQ client and the
    MQ provided TMF/Gateway.

    When using an application that is coordinated by TMF, there is a
    permanent restriction that MQGMO_LOCK is not possible from the
    client. This restriction does not affect clients that are not
    being coordinated by TMF (i.e. not using BEGINTRANSACTION on HP
    NonStop).
