Error description

• Warning message HAAB366W should be displayed at build time when
  specifying:
  1. REORG TS utility
  2. DB2 V11
  3. Group Partitions By (GPB) Job/Step
  4. Keyword "LISTPARTS " where  is LESS THAN the
     number of PARTITIONS being REORG'd
  
  HAAB366W, in the above scenario, will be displayed at build time
  to indicate that the GPB specification is being overridden due
  to the fact that the specification of the LISTPARTS keyword will
  multiple REORGs of the NPI (non-partitioning index).
