Error description

  • On customer environment, there are 2 machines for PowerPlay
    server(PP) and Tivoli directory server(TDS). On each machine, PP
    and TDS has been installed and these machines are clustering.
    Cognos 10 BI server on another machine is accessing to the
    servers using 'Series 7' authentication.?On this environment, if
    a PP/TDS machine that works as a primary node is shutdown,
    Series 7 users can't log on to Cognos 10 without BI server
    restart.??
