PM87411: Expression editor in Framework Manager throws parsing errors depending on which active language is being used

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Client has been facing issue with 10.2 FM model. Original issue
  dealt with list separators in function of expression in FM based
  on active locale used. If client used ',' parsing error was
  thrown. Client was required to use ';'. Client was given hot
  site up_bisrvr_win64h_10.2.1003.1120. This resolved the issue
  however now parsing errors exist when using expressions that
  involve the '=' operator when using English as the active
  language.
  

Local fix

• Save query item regardless of parsing error. The issue doesn't a
  ppear to affect testing of the query item in FM regardless of th
  e parsing error.
