  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The fields QPACAACC and QPACAACW in     *
  *                      the QPAC data section of IFCID 239 or   *
  *                      346 are not correctly initialized. The  *
  *                      original problem relates to a DB2 PTF   *
  *                      in error which has been resolved with   *
  *                      PM84852/UK93951 as the PE Resolver      *
  *                      PTF.                                    *
  *                      This DB2 PTF increases the IFC          *
  *                      subversion (QWHSSUBV) to 3, thus the    *
  *                      code in OMEGAMON DB2 can do a correct   *
  *                      initialization of these counters.       *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY This PTF if you monitor or report on   *

  *                 information using OMEGAMON XE for DB2.       *

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The fields QPACAACC and QPACAACW in the QPAC data section of
  IFCID 239 or 346 are not correctly initialized. The original
  problem relates to a DB2 PTF in error which has been resolved
  with PM84852/UK93951 as the PE Resolver PTF.
  This DB2 PTF increases the IFC subversion (QWHSSUBV) to 3, thus
  the code in OMEGAMON DB2 can do a correct initialization of
  these counters.
