Error description

• The result of a logical unload involving an expression such as
  such as TIMESTAMP(char_column) is incorrect.
  
  This might have the following impact (non comprehensive list):
  - the output field corresponding to the expression including
    the TIMESTAMP(char_column) expression has an incorrect content
  - the generated LOAD staement, if any is requested, describes
    the related field as an INTEGER
  
  For example, with the following unload command:
  SELECT
       TIMESTAMP(CHAR_26_COLUMN)
  FROM
  MZLFLB.TBDZ9DFLB99901
  FORMAT DSNTIAUL
  OUTDDN(SYSREC01)
  
  where CHAR_26_COLUMN is defined as CHAR(26), the output data set
  contains
