  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Administration Tool and     *
  *                 IBM Tools Customizer (TCz) for z/OS.         *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Due to DB2's consolidation of CLIST     *
  *                      and REXX execs in one CLIST library     *
  *                      SDSNCLST, installers inadvertently      *
  *                      specify the DB2 SDSNCLST library on     *
  *                      the 'DB2 REXX EXEC library' input       *
  *                      field on panel CCQPDB2 'DB2             *
  *                      Parameters'.  As a result, DB2 CLIST    *
  *                      invocation from within DB2              *
  *                      Administration Tool will not execute    *
  *                      and produces the following typical      *
  *                      error since CLISTs can not be           *
  *                      executed from a SYSEXEC                 *
  *                      concatenation (TSO/E restriction):      *
  *                                                              *

  Due to DB2's consolidation of CLIST and REXX execs in one
  CLIST library SDSNCLST, installers inadvertently specify the
  DB2 SDSNCLST library on the 'DB2 REXX EXEC library' input field
  on panel CCQPDB2 'DB2 Parameters'.  As a result, DB2 CLIST
  invocation from within DB2 Administration Tool will not execute
  and produces the following typical error since CLISTs can not
  be executed from a SYSEXEC concatenation (TSO/E restriction):

  To prevent this problem, the 'DB2 REXX EXEC library' input
  field has been removed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  
  Instructions:
  1.  Ideally, before applying this fix, ensure that the 'DB2
  REXX EXEC library' input field is blank on panel CCQPDB2 'DB2
  Parameters', Generate the General Customization template
  ADBCUST, and submit.  This will rebuild the Customization table
  ADBTPARM to make sure that no value associated with 'DB2 REXX
  EXEC library' is not passed to DB2 Admin.
  
  2. Apply this APAR fix.  This will ensure that the 'DB2
  REXX EXEC library' input field on panel CCQPDB2 'DB2
  Parameters' is no longer present where an installer can
  inadvertently specify a value.
