PM87047: POSSIBLE MISSING VCAT UPDATES IN DSNDB01.DBD01 FOR DB2 V9 AND PRIOR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• It is possible to have missing VCAT updates in DSNDB01.DBD01
  when cloning DB2 V9 (or DB2 V10 CM) and prior.
  This can cause the target DB2 to try to access source data sets.
  

Local fix

• Run REPAIR DBD REBUILD against the affected databases.
  After the REPAIR DBD REBUILD has run the databases may be in UT
  mode and a START DATABASE(database-name) ACCESS(RW) command will
  be needed.
  All trigger packages that are associated with tables in the
  database are invalidated and a rebind will be needed for those
  those trigger packages.
