  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. QLAC sections are invalidly          *
  *                      processed by OMPE in case of special    *
  *                      distribution scenarios. Sometimes a     *
  *                      thread is determined as an invalid      *
  *                      type.                                   *
  *                      2. The amount of records for a          *
  *                      specific thread type can be invalid     *
  *                      in Batch Accounting.                    *
  *                      3. The support of Specialty Engine      *
  *                      eligible time, supported by DB2 in      *
  *                      QWACZIIP_ELIGIBLE, is not restricted    *
  *                      to DB2 V8 and V9 in Batch Accounting.   *
  *                      4. QMDALOCN is invalid.                 *
