PM86766: IMPORT FROM ONE 10.2 SERVER TO ANOTHER 10.2 SERVER CAUSES REPORT LAYOUT REFERENCE NOT TO UPDATE IN CONTENT STORE

APAR status

Error description

• Client has a deployment from one 10.2 BI server that he imports
  to another 10.2 BI server (Dev -> Prod). The deployment contains
  a folder that holds the report layout references and another
  folder that contains the reports. Client runs top level AP Aging
  Summary report which has drill-through path to AP Aging Details
  report. When client drills through the Cognos Viewer Banner is
  supposed to show the AP Aging Details report name in the user
  locale language. ??After importing export to server when
  sequence is run the AP Aging Detail report shows an alpha
  numeric string rather than report name. ??If client opens target
  report "Set Properties" window and simply clicks OK the next run
  of the above mentioned sequence shows the correct information
  and behavior.
