Error description

• Complex report uses Javascript to run different reports in an
  iframe and to hide/show prompts. In 10.1.1 FP1 report generates
  RSV-BBP-0037, RSV-BBP-0022 errors
  

Local fix

• In IE8, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Browsing history -> S
  ettings -> Check for newer versions of stored pages. With the va
  lue set to 'Automatically', the errors no longer occur.
