Error description

• Abstract:  Attempts to apply predefined model pattern fails if
  original pattern is Read Only in IBM Rational Rhapsody
  
  Error Description:
  
  1. Open/Create a model in Rational Rhapsody with model pattern
  defined in a profile
  2. Create a new model
  3. Adds the profile (which gets loaded as REF),
  
  Try to apply that pattern to an element in this model.
  
  Result: You receive a warning notification that Rhapsody can't
  modify the RO profile.
  
  Workaround:  The only workaround is to add the profile as a unit
  (not a ref), which isn't sufficient for profile creators.
