  A parm area used for IMS service calls is too short. As a
  result, the XCF client token is overlaid and the XFC SEND
  fails.
  

Problem conclusion

• TOSI module FOIAM40x was changed to increase the size of the
  parm area.
  Apply this fix and restart IMS control region to correct this
  error.
