• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If Log Analyis Tool tries to use a compression dictionary that
  is just one page in length with other compression dictionaries
  for the same table, the message ALAA073E can be issued. This
  APAR corrects that behavior by properly checking the partition
  number instead of starting page number.
