APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Users of DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS are not able to enter
  DB2 Admin library definitions for ADM*LIB datasets for Admin
  customization table member ADBTPARM during TCz panel input.
  .
  ADM*LIB dataset names include:
  ADMLLIB ADMMLIB ADMPLIB ADMSLIB ADMTLIB ADMCLIB ADMELIB ADMDLIB
  .
  Admin lib names are needed in both Product Parameters panel, for
  ( :nick.* ), and DB2 Parameters panel for ( :nick.ssid ) when
  generating jobs associated with template ADBCUST which build
  ADBTPARM , an ISPF table.
  .
  MIG ( Migrate ) target jobstreams are generated with dataset
  names from local ( source ) DB2 ssid, rather than referencing
  Admin lib datasets from the target DB2 ssid as one example of
  how this problem manifests.
  

Local fix

• Use ISPF 3.16 to edit table ADBTPARM

  panel CCQPDB2 'DB2 Parameters' for the SSID of choice.

  2. Generate the General Customization job associated with
  template ADBCUST, and submit.  This will rebuild the
  Customization table ADBTPARM with the input provided in step #1
  above for the chosen/associated SSID.
