  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR fixes the following problems: *
  *                      1. ABENDU0100 is issued erroneously     *
  *                      with MSGHPSG0100E in the Post-reorg     *
  *                      utility.                                *
  *                       HPSG0100E GETMAIN ERROR (RC=04) IN     *
  *                                 MODULE HPSPTM3E              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      2. ABENDS0C4-10 in the HPSPMAIN module  *
  *                      (CSECT:HPSGRD00+X'0734') when the       *
  *                      Post-reorg utility starts before        *
  *                      completion of the previous smart-reorg  *
  *                      utility or the IPR DB scan utility job. *
  *                                                              *
  *                      3. If NAMESWAP=YES is coded in HPSIN    *
  *                      data set for the Pre-reorganization     *
  *                      utility and SPACEALLOC=YES is coded in  *
  *                      the HPSIN data set for the Smart Reorg  *
  *                      utility, each old temporary data set    *
  *                      (*.T) should be deleted during the      *
  *                      shadow allocation process.              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      4. The result data sets should be       *
  *                      initialized by the Pre-reorganization   *
  *                      utility.                                *
  *                                                              *
  *                      5. After issuing MSGHPSG0323E (MODULE   *
  *                      IS NOT AUTHORIZED), MSGHPSG0023E shows  *
  *                      no reason code.                         *

  *                      6. Extra page headers are printed in    *
  *                      the DBRC notification command stream    *
  *                      report.                                 *

  After applying this APAR, the followings are modified.
  
  1. If the Post-reorganization utility job starts before
  completion of the previous Smart Reorg utility job or the IPR
  DB Scan utility job, the new HPSG0032E message is issued and
  its process end with RC=08 without restoring the authorization
  flags.

  2. The Post-reorganization checks whether the content of
  each Result data set is consistent with the HPSGCTL data set.
  If an inconsistency is found, the HPSG0025E message is issued.
