• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Significant amount of time can be taken when processing URIDs
  resulting in an increase of CPU usage when you have lots of
  transactions with a small commit scope.
  Additional symptoms:
  Incorrect START_RBA may be registered in SYSCOPY by Change
  Accumulation Tool.
  This will cause the skipping the latest image copy and reading
  the previous start point instead.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Significant amount of time can be taken
                         when processing URIDs resulting in an
                         increase of CPU usage when you have

  Code has been changed to correct this condition.
