Error description

• Unload API can get incorrect segment data when all the
  following conditions are met:
  - Multiple SSAs are specified for a DL/I call.
  - The 1st SSA is qualified and null command code is specified.

  Unload API can get incorrect segment data when all the

Problem conclusion

• FABHGSA has been modified to correctly recognize the qualifier
  of 1st SSA with null command code when GU call is issued with
  multiple SSAs.
