  The daemon process for WebSphere Application Server for z/OS
  V7.0 terminates with SEC6 RSN=0000FD1D, whichindicates
  that the process received a 0x1D signal (which
  indicates the CPU time limit for the process was exceeded).
  

Problem conclusion

• "TIME=NOLIMIT" has been added to the EXEC statement in
  the template files that are used by the customization jobs
  that generate the daemon procs. This update should be manually
  applied to existing daemon procs, unless the system has a PPT
  statement for BPXBATA2 that sets SYST.
  
  APAR PM85303 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
  Level 7.0.0.29 of WebSphere Application Server for z/OS and
  WebSphere Customization Tools.
  
  The WebSphere Application Server for z/OS Version 8.0 fix is
  included in Service Level 8.0.0.2 of WebSphere Application
  Server for z/OS and WebSphere Customization Toolbox and is
  provided by APAR PM43582. APAR PM43582 also includes the fix
  for WebSphere Application Server for z/OS Version 7.0 when
  WebSphere Customization Toolbox Version 8.0.0.2 or later is
  used to generate the WebSphere Application Server for z/OS
  Version 7.0 customization jobs.
  
  Only newly created daemon procs will contain the TIME=NOLIMIT
  update.
