PM85280: Few types of OLE's inserted as 'Link' cannot be resized. Examples: Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Excel

Error description

• Few types of OLEs inserted as 'Link' cannot be resized.
  Examples: Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Excel
  
  This behavior has been observed in DOORS 9.5.0.0 and also in
  9.5.0.1
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  -----------------------
  1.? Edit Object Text of an Object in a Formal Module.
  2.? Click on Insert ? OLE Object ? Create from File ? select a
  Visio OR Excel OLE.
  3.? Make sure to enable the option 'Link'
  4.? Click on OK to insert the OLE as a Linked one.
  5.? Select the OLE in the Object and try to resize the same.
  Navigating away from the Object will set the OLE back to the
  original size and it will not be resized. No error messages are
  reported either.
  
  If the same OLE is inserted without the option 'Link' enabled,
  the OLE can be resized successfully.
  
  Also, if we insert a Microsoft Word OLE with the option 'Link'
  enabled, the OLE can still be resized successfully.
  
  I've tested the behavior in DOORS 8.3.0.2 and found the same
  behavior.
