Error description

• Select and Copy is not available for 'Home Page' reports when
  using Internet Explorer release 7 and 8  in IBM Rational change
  5.2
  
  When you log in to IBM Rational Change 5.2 using browser
  IE7/IE8, you cannot select any text and copy it from your home
  page reports.
  
  This issue does not appear in Mozilla Firefox browser. Only the
  issue with IE7/IE8. It has been reported that it works with IE9
  in Quirks mode, though this is not yet verified with Rational
  Change.
  
  Environment:
  Synergy 7.1
  Change 5.2
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1> Add a home page report in Change 5.2 with queries like 'CRs
  assigned to me' or (cvtype='problem') and (assigner='%user')
  
  2> Login to Change with the user in IE 7.0 or IE 8.0 and
  navigate to the 'Home' page.
  
  3> Try to click and select the home page report in IE. It seems
  that it is disabled.
  
  4> Try the same steps as mentioned above in Mozilla, it lets you
  highlight the home page report fully or partially and allows
  copy.
  
  However if the same report is generated via 'Queries' or
  'Reports' tab, it allows you to select & copy text.
  
  This appears to be related to a known Dojo defect: See
  http://bugs.dojotoolkit.org/ticket/11128
  
  WORKAROUND:
  Use a supported Mozilla browser.
