PM84455: INZI020I INCORRECTLY DISPLAYS THE DB2 VERSION WHEN HPU IS RUN AGAINST A DB2 V11 SUBSYSTEM

Error description

• The message  INZI020I incorrectly displays the DB2 version when
  HPU is run against a DB2 V11 subsystem.
  
  For example, with a DB2 V11 CM subsystem,
  
  DB2 VERSION             1093
  
  is displayed instead of
  
  DB2 VERSION             1110 CM
  
  The following integer values are issued depending on the actual
  DB2 level as follows:
  * 1093 stands for 1110 CM
  
  * 1094 to 1099 stand for 1110 ENFM
  
  * 1100 stands for 1110 NFM
