PM84441: Query Studio "prompt every time the report runs" checkbox not checked

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Date Range prompt filter in a Query Studio report with "prompt
  every time the report runs" is not staying checked after the
  report gets saved. ??Closing and re-opening the report (in no
  data mode) show that the date range prompt no longer has the
  "prompt every time the report runs" button checked. ??Also, if
  you open the date filter and leave it as is (just hit finish),
  the filter will disappear completely.
