Error description

• Customer installed the wild card enhancement but the end users
  are unable to use the feature to search for special characters %
  and _.?In DB2, there is an escape sequence to allow searching
  for special character % and _ using ESCAPE.??eg,??Retrieve all
  strings that begin with the character sequence '%_\' in column A
  of table T. ??  SELECT A FROM T?    WHERE T.A LIKE '\%\_\\%'
  ESCAPE '\'??However, the cognos wild card feature does not allow
  keying in of "ESCAPE" so users can't search for special
  characters.
