Error description

This issue occurs when performing impact analysis (IA) on a
data element that has
direct and/or indirect impact on JCL batch jobs.  If the IA is
not scoped to an application, the batch job impacts are shown.
If the IA is scoped to an Application, the batch job impacts
are not shown.

Local fix

Use IA projects not scoped to an application.

Problem summary

Batch jobs that were out of scope for IA were not being
correctly marked as such.

Problem conclusion

Batch job scope relationship is now correctly marked.
